Training in classical dance begins
with the bar(barre) and center exercise. These varied
exercises develop the muscle of the legs, their turn-out,
extension, and plies, as well as the organization of
the body, arms, and head, and the coordination of movements.
The body acquires a pulled-up character, and stability
is achieved as a result of serious training. The future
ballet artist accustoms himself to the proper distribution
of body weight over both or over one of his legs.

I combine the best elements of
different ballet methods. These methods include Cuban,
Cecchetti, French, Russian and Bournonville. This diversity
contributes to the development of dancers with elevated
artistic capabilities.
